Scale Setup Guide
1) Unpack the unit
Set on a solid stable surface and unpack the units from the shipping box. Save the box.

2) Remove the platter support insert by removing the top

3) Unpack the scale case from the shipping box. Save the box.

7) With the scale in the case its time to make adjustments to the scale.
By loosening these you can move it forward and backward By moving the handles the scale moves up or down (How to adjust the scale)

Using the 2.5 allen loosen 4 screws each side of the case

8) Install the DIB bracket to the DIB first if not already installed.
(Note the bracket has 3 holes but only use 2)

9) Remove the scale bracket

10) Remove 4 screws from the feeder/sealer.

11) Now put the scale to the feeder/sealer and tighten the 4 screws. 12) Now put the DIB to the scale and place the scale bracket back on the scale.

13) Make sure all screws are tightened. 14) May need to make some adjustment to the scale. 15) After powering up the PC start eSmart-Mail
i. Click Mete type mailing machine apply OK ii. Click option DMS Dynamic Scale Port COM 2 OK iii. Now restart eSmart-Mail

16) Now you will have to go throw the DIB-C and PC setup guide.
