Was adopted for the research, the qualitative method of bibliographical. The concept of inclusion has brought changes within the contextual conditions necessary for education and social life of children with special needs. The society in general began to have greater awareness and respect for patients with special needs, realizing, that it is part of our society, being able to relate to other people, having the ability to perform activities that are within their possibilities. Thus being able to exercise their legitimate right to attend a regular school like any other child. Thus it is time to change and ensure the bearer of special needs the opportunity for integration. It is understood that through initiatives, considering changes or adjustments required is entirely possible, accommodate children with special needs.
