In the first step of this project, administration tools had been used as SWOT analysis and the M factors for Ishikawa diagram. The analyses had allowed observing that the company has excellent enterprise facilities, departments well defined, its market share is about 42%, and it is leader and reference in the market.
In the second step, the organizational diagnosis becomes a consultant project based on its results and it had started from the problem definitions achieved.
After that the focus became the internal communication process in the company and it brought as general goal: to implement these improvements proposals and as specifics goals: to find out which kind of organizational media has been used to reach the internal customers and to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal communication process in order to improve the communication process in Mardisa.
The third step of this project the actions to implement the improvement proposals had been planned. In this step the methodology PDCA had been used and tools as flowchart, actions plan (5W2H), Ishikawa, etc. had been applied.
Although the organization has been accepted partially the project, only three implemented proposals had brought positive results.
During the development of this project we had been supported by great authors such as BATEMAN, Thomas S.;
