ABSTRACT
With the nervous system, both are the two main communication and control systems of the organism in its entirety. The endocrine system is basically cares of the chemical mediators (hormones) which are secreted into the bloodstream so that they go in their body or to a specific target cell making them to do metabolic function for which it was released.
Endocrine effects have the peculiarity to occur in seconds, in some cases, or take days or even weeks, in others. The many interrelationships in the same system, with the nervous and immune system make it complex, a quality necessary to carry out its role of "great regulator".
Hormones, main characters of the endocrine system are contained in the beginning by the plasma membrane of the cell that gave it birth. Once they are released into the bloodstream, it becomes the main vessel wall container, who will now guide them to their final destination (organ or target cell) where they will perform its function.

El sistema endocrino se encarga de las secreciones internas del cuerpo, las cuales son unas sustancias químicas denominadas hormonas, producidas en determinadas
