This article is very useful for me, because my role as a coordinator. The first part of the article talks about how important is organization for an English program. It talks about a model of organization is useful and but there are different models, that a coordinator adopts base on his/her view, way of thinking etc.
There is one theory proposed by McGregor that is called “Theory X” that I absolutely disagree on that.
