An effective teacher must possess many positive qualities that allow them to make a connection with their students and thoroughly communicate the information that they are trying to teach. Throughout my elementary, middle, and high school years I was fortunate enough to have many effective and quality teachers. They all were able to present the information to their class in a way that made it easier to understand, but furthermore, they made a conscious effort to connective with their students and to make learning more than just memorizing facts and being tested on it.
