Also relevant is that the study is methodologically useful. The study is grounded also in the currently accepted theories about school desertion and it is exploratory and descriptive inasmuch as it tries to know and measure those factors that condition student desertion. For the methodological part of it, a scale was used where students ranked 10 desertion factors in order of their perceived importance. Since the survey was carried upon a relatively big sample; the latest is deemed reliable. Results show that, in the opinion of the students, the economic factor is the most important and that [4]

motivational and familiar factor respectively. Contrary to what was initially expected, geographical proximity and career complexity are not as relevant to these people. The study ends up by recommending the restructuring the career of pharmaceutical, to carefully redirect promotion efforts so to make it more effective and to ensure that teachers are properly trained to psycho pedagogically according to the learning capacities of the students.
