Are leaders born or made?

I truly believe leaders are always made. Why? There are some reasons that explain my point of view about this topic. I think that one thing that leaders must have since the moment they born is the innate intelligence. However, this is not a requirement to be a great and important leader, because we can develop and improve our knowledge and reach a higher level of intelligence. One thing is sure: leader need to be smart enough.

We can learn about leadership and become great leaders, but this will happen only if we learn the office at the place of work, by watching other leaders and imitating their actions, decisions and behavior. To be a good leader we need to choose people who will be our role models and
