El objetivo principal que persigue este estudio, es el de analizar y/o proponer un Proceso Administrativo, ya que en la actualidad es la mejor herramienta para verificar la estructura interna de la empresa y su razón de ser.

El análisis del Proceso Administrativo, brinda beneficios como ayudar a optimizar el desarrollo de la empresa, teniendo en cuenta cómo está llevándose a cabo por parte de los Administradores y Jefes de la empresa.

Finalmente, mejorar el Proceso Administrativo, exige un compromiso de la dirección de la empresa y todo el personal, para lograr un mejor desempeño y cumplir lo descrito en la misión y visión.
