Efeito de diferentes lãminas de irrigação no crescimento e produção do cafeeiro
RESUMO
Este trabalho teve com o objetivo estudar os efeitos da irrigação localizada sobre o crescimento e a produção do cafeeiro, em Patrocínio - MG. O delineam ento experim ental foi em blocos casualizados, com sete tratamentos e quatro repetições. Foram aplicados os tratamentos: T1 - não irrigado; T2 - 35% da evapotranspiração da cultura (ETc); T3 - 50% da ETc; T4 - 75% da ETc; T5 - 100% da ETc; T6 - 125% da ETc; e T7 - 150% da ETc. De acordo com os resultados conclui-se que a altura de planta e o diâm etro de copa foram afetados pela variação das lâm inas aplicadas. O diâm etro de caule não apresentou diferença estatística entre os tratam entos. As maiores produtividades foram alcançadas com a aplicação das maiores lâminas, não havendo diferença estatística entre os tratam entos a partir da lâmina de 75% da ETc.

ABSTRACT
Effect of Irrigation Depth Differents on Grow th and Production of the Coffee Plant
The objective of this work was to study the effect of the trick le irrigation On the growth and yield of the coffee plant, in Patrocínio - MG. The random ized blocks design was used with seven treatments and four replicates. The treatments were: T1 - no irrigation; T2 - 35% of the crop evapotranspiration (ETc); T3 - 50% of the ETc; T4 - 75% of the ETc; T5 - 100% of the ETc; T6 - 125% of the ETc; and T7 - 150% of the ETc. The results showed that the plant height and the crown diam eter were affected by variation in the applied depths. The stem diameter presented no statistical difference between the treatments. The highest productivities were obtained with the application of higher depths and no statistical differences occur among the treatments from the depth of 75% of the ETc.
