The nature of the research was of qualitative. The adopted method is the description. The universe of the referring research was carried through in a company of average transport, in the area of confections, located of the catarinense west. The technique of collection of data used was to the systematic comment, bibliographical research and research of field. The analysis of data was affected by the descriptive method on the basis of the collected information. The research was become fulfilled, in the area of confection of clothes, in special in the sector of Warehouse, where the analysis was made in the area of Administration of Materials. The referring one analyzes showed as it functions the process of act of receiving, movement and distribution of materials, its problems and possible improvements. Sector above cited analyzes it was carried through no, and showed, since the entrance of substance - cousin no warehouse, its storage and control of supply, Suggesting possible improvements in all this process. The movement of the materials occurs in correct way, the sector possess a good structure in terms of physical space, but it does not possess a enough amount of gondolas for the guard of the materials, the flow of not authorized people entering and leaving the warehouse it is very great making it
