Abstrac

The trends in the economic, social, political, scientific, technological and ecological planetary scale, has created great uncertainty and review of management paradigms governing business life in the underlying dynamics of the free market in the global village. When you look closely that is common in such a global scenario and trends, we can conclude that as predictive elements of the design surrounding the management category, the requirements spoken of establishing a new management model that retains sufficient flexibility and at the same find time to break the lines already established on traditional bases between the State, the productive sector (market) and society.
